We are getting ready to start the process of contacting patients whose regular routine appointments have been disrupted/cancelled due to the Covid 19 situation. We anticipate this will take several weeks and months.
Our appointment system has had to alter considerably and this means a reduction in patients passing through our doors on any given day to maintain social distancing and allow us to follow our protocols fully.
Planning treatments (which now require longer times), protecting shielded/medically vulnerable patients (with dedicated shielded appointment slots) and ensuring that patient numbers stay low (to eliminate contact with other patients) mean that it will take some time to get to see everyone …. However we will get this done!
Many thanks to the patients we have seen already- we have worked hard to get our new system to run smoothly and your support, your many positive comments and excellent feedback have kept us all going.
These are challenging times but the team spirit and commitment of Sinead, Mandy, Lucy and Tom to deliver a safe and personal service (despite layers of PPE!) have made Richard and I very proud of our practice.
Your loyalty, support and patience is very much appreciated.
We are looking forward to seeing you all again….. It has been quite a year so far!
